Every install is carried out and certified by a Gas Safe registered business. You'll get their name and registration number before they arrive, so you can check them on the Gas Safe Register.

Questions
Before you ask
Is this a government grant or free boiler scheme?
No. This is a private boiler installation that you pay for. The £400 comes off our standard installation price. If you're on certain benefits you may qualify for a grant through your council or energy supplier, which we don't provide.
Who actually fits my boiler?
Your boiler is fitted, certified and registered by a Gas Safe registered installation business. We'll give you their company name and Gas Safe number with your quote, and your contract for the installation is with them.
How does the price beat work?
Send us a written, itemised quote from a Gas Safe registered business, dated within the last 30 days, for the same boiler model and the same work. If we can confirm it's like for like, we'll beat it. Quotes from businesses that aren't Gas Safe registered don't count.
How long does it take?
A straight combi swap in the same place is usually done in a day. Moving the boiler or changing system type can take one to two days. We'll tell you before you book.
Can I spread the cost?
Not yet. If this changes we'll update this page.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You'll have 14 days from agreeing your installation to cancel, and the details will be in your written quote.
